Preparation

Make apple pie, but use 5 large Granny Smith 5 large more Fuji and a bit more spicing. Reserve what filling does not fit into the pie - about enough to fill an 8-inch square glass pan about ⅔ full. |

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients above to form a crumbly dough. Sprinkle it on top of the pie filling. |

Bake for 35-40 minutes. Then let cool for 2 hours or more before serving. |
