• 1 cup Lukewarm water • 2½ cups Bread flour • ¾ cup Whole wheat flour • 3 Tbsp Sugar • 1½ Tbsp Dry milk • 1½ tsp Sea salt • 1 Tbsp Unsalted butter • 1 Tbsp Canola oil • 1½ tsp Rapid rise yeast
Place ingredients into the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select regular bread cycle. Press start.
