• 2 lbs 21-25/pound shelled & deveined shrimp • Olive oil • Kosher salt • Old Bay seasoning
Thaw shrimp overnight in the fridge, if frozen Put shrimp on skewers Spray or brush with olive oil Season with salt & fresh ground pepper Lightly sprinkle with Old Bay Put on a hot grill 2 minutes/side Remove from skewers and serve
Any leftovers should be refrigerated. It is good cold or in a salad.
